The "not playing AWI because Brits lost" was me, and it is half joke half excuse not to play another game.
But on other matters I think it is summed up above that the Brits are from Waterloo (Worst Brit arma of the Napoleonic era) and the French are from Austerlitz etc (Their best army).

So let me see if I get this straight?
The French army at Austerlitz was their best in the field and they won - Right?
And the British Army was the worst combination they ever had at Waterloo and they still won>? Doesnt that say somthing about the quality of those troops anyway>?
Incidently, Austerlitz and Trafalgar occurred relatively close to each other in time and Trafalgar was a great victory for the British Empire in general, the navy won it but the French suffered fatally on land because of it. The Spanish werent worth a damm to Nappy afterwards either.
LETS continue this discussion in a GG only area. Can someone do that?
