*Dispatch rider arrives with dispatches at HQ*
4th Oct Year of our Lord 2004
Enemy spotted and engaged. 1st Cav Brigade lead the charge and caught the Enemy artillery by surprise and routed them off the field. They turned and charged through a wooded area into the backs of Enemy infantry. Meanwhile my Infantry advanced and engaged the vanguard of the Swedish forces opposing my British forces, a furious firefight ensued, my artillery began to tell upon my foe. In a desperate measure the enemy tried to out flank my left and hoped to desend upon my artillery, but the move was blocked by a withering fire frum my Brunswick and Highland infantry which bade the enemy cavalry withdraw. My general rode forth with my 3rd Brigard of Cavalry and caught the enemy unawares and routed them off the field. Meanwhile things were desperate in the middle of the field, a number of my units had feld the field. Now was the moment of truth, I regrouped my Cav and what little I had of Infantry and bore down upon the enemy, this tipped the scales and a glorious victory ensued.
Hooo Ra!
I graciously accepted the sword of General BloodNIron and then treated my injured and wounded.

Huzzah!
Sounds like a great game indeed and another well deserved victory for the Grenadier Guards and more specifically one of our finest junior officers, Salis De Silver.
Sir, I salute you!
I would like to see this replay if I could.
Also, Salis if you have some screenies I could post a few here if you like.
Congratulations on what sounds like a close but well won victory.
