Hey all,
I just wanted to start this post as a place for people to "advertise" what replays they have. If someone has any replays of ANY GG battles, it would be great if you could post your name and what you have here, so we could maybe begin to share some of our favorite battles!
REPLAYS I HAVE SINCE V.5
VonD, AK, and Ash vs. Salis, Hitman, and Dury on Joilet.
A nice battle that sees the front switch TWICE, with massive amounts of troop movement. A fun one to watch!
VonD, TRL, Salis and GuardCaptain vs. Ash, Hitman, and BloodNIron from the campaign game la Vallee du Garde.
A nice battle with the Allies sweeping forward in one spot of their line while the French sweep forward on the opposite end. It ends with both sides having swapped positions. A good game, and the final one from the European War.
TRL and Ashram vs Thindigital, Uxbridge, and LBG.
A defense of a steep hill against a hugely outnumbering force. We put up a good defense and saw them off shortly.
Ashram and Dury vs. Hitman and PoshToff.
A game in which the British attacked the French, with a lot of jaegers skirmishing to start and a final British assault being hit in the flank by a massive cavalry ambush (a la Flippy) that breaks the British attack. Textbook!
Ashram, Flippy, and Dury vs. Hitman and BloodnIron.
A game in which the GG and TIG players attacked up a hill and through some forests, a position two of them had unsuccessfully tried to defend another day. This time the attack is well timed and uses range well. An early cavalry sweep and a final attack through the woods brings victory to the attackers.
