Alright they did their job well anyway he had loads of young and middle guards so i think the battle was fair.

Just had one with Count Flip against three french opponents... the guy opposite me took an entire army of middle guard and grenadiers... I responded with three rifles and three lights:) Chewed him up at range; in fact, even had to make a SERIOUS withdrawal, forcing him to stop and then get peppered again! Would love to hear Flips side; I didnt get to see his side of the field ONCE the entire battle, but he had a TON of kills! Another GG win:)

i posted this at the lordz to...

well i moved my british line infront of the mud river next to the church and as you saw the enemy turned his army towards mine... my lights were on my left flank pourin bullets through the ranks of the lights he put in the ditch there... then i had my KGL next to my artillery which was way back and shelling the enemy line and i moved my KGL on the opposite side of the bank and then started to move them into the left flank of the art... i routed his cav and a couple of his art but his grape shot killed 20 men in each unit.. but i routed all the art in the front so i was good for a minute, then i had to move my KGL in and spread them up 3 attacking the left flank of the french line and 2 to attack the remaining artillery next to the cemetary, they routed a couple of my British line and so i decided to move my KGL lights which were to the left of my British line and move them in and attack the men in the ditch, they routed and the men i didnt kill all the way regained composure and they enemy started to charge them up into the forest where 1 of my 2 KGL who was attacking the artillery was... a couple of grenadiers came and routed my other KGL line who was attacking the artillery so after i routed the men in the mud bank i moved my KGL lights in a line and began to attack the 2 grenadiers... a couple of the british line regain composure and i set them up on the flank of the grenadiers, i started to move my art up but thats when it lagged out

but it amazes me that i get better setting up my tactics every game.. .kinda scares me lol

I don't think we should do this. I've seen it done on other clans' websites and I absolutely detested it.

They'd harold a time when one of their players beat me.

After I beat him three times in a row.

I think we should veer away from the, "Hey! Look at these rad scores!" path. If we do that, we should keep names out of it to be civil towards those we have played. Some won't care, but some will.

Seriously tho, Dabby boy is right, a boasting thread is a bit dubious unless of course it is not public, haha.

Maybe a private GG members thread that as well as posting victories also explained how you got those victories so we can learn from the tactics etc.

Also one for losses and why we lost kinda makes sense also. That would be the one I post on most

well anyway played a really kick ass battle with flip the other day aginst wideblade from rfg and some random guy. We were the brits attacking the french on fields on battle. Was one of the best games i've ever played in, it had everything you could want in a battle. Skirmishing with lights, light cav coaxing units out of position so they could be shot at, a really huge heavy cavalry charge and also a big middle guard charge at the end as a last throw of the dice. Anyway i managed to save the replay if any of u wana see it as its quite entertaining for a replay;
