In response to Olofs post... We had: Pasta Soup with beans to start Capon (a castrated rooster, big and juicy and delicious) with stuffing. Mashed potatos. Peas. Salad. Rutabega pudding. Various cheeses, cakes, baked fruits, and ice creams to finish.

To be honest, I am not sure, except that the thing is HUGE (up to like 30 pounds) and SOOOO juicy... got basted in olive oil and butter like every ten minutes for three hours:) You gotta remember, dad is a chef; he HATES turkey because of how dry it gets (personally I love it, but he does the cooking.)
Hmmm I love thanksgiving. Favorite holiday of all, simply because it is so full of food:) Afterwards I always go to my buddy's house, play video games, look at toy soldiers, play around with guns (mostly historic, all unloaded, fear not), and smoke dope, all while scarfing down leftovers:)
