A note on francs for the tournament

Someone brought up the point that with 24k split among 2 players, the player who buys lines and lights will be able to buy a full army, but the player who buys the cav, guard, and arty might be limited by the high cost of Guards and cav; after all, how many of those units can you buy with 12,000 francs and 16 spots to fill?

This is intentional, however; the hope is that the line/light officer will be able to buy a full army (albeit making sacrifices, as 12000 francs means more Opelchenie and French National Guard and the rest of the lost cost rabble) but the guard/cav/arty general will have to make some very hard choices. Hopefully this will inherently limit the number of guard units on the field in an almost realistic manner.

Anyway, give it a try; I think it will be fun:)
