Battle of Antietam on the History Channel

New show, first of a series of shows about events that changed the course of history- they put Antietam first.

I had a college girlfriend in nearby Hagerstown for years. Dated her longer than I was married as it turned out. So I spent MANY hours out around this area. Its a great park and a fascinating battle. You could almost re-make the battle into three parts, morning- afternoon - & - evening, like a mini-campaign. Forces might be re-balanced between successive events somewhat depending on how you perform in the opening phases.

So this is a little late, but I saw this show! It wasnt bad... the series overall is good:) However, I actually made a little trip to Antietam fairly recently... maybe I'll put some pictures up:)
