Hi All, There I was, adding all the detail and really taking my time polishing-up a nice looking map. I decided to test it. I figured that I had better see if the basics work before I really go Hog-Wild and then have all that wasted time. Well, sure enough, it was broken. I had a lovely river, wonderful rolling hills on the approach to the bridges, several really cool fords. I even had a really neat scheme for the city's defenses and my map was broken...  Well, I will start again, but I wanted to post this here to let you all know that you should of course test your maps before you enter them in the contest. Also, I wanted to check with people about Bridges, Rivers and Fords and map making. Is there a secret I don't know? I have made now more than 15 maps and both of my river maps have dead zones near the River crossings. What am I doing wrong? If you know what I am talking about, please give me a clue. Folks, only a few days left (maybe a week at the very most) to submit your maps for the contest, as the Second Grenadier Guards Campaign will be beginning shortly!
Please, all GGs, HGs, TIGers, and assorted "ronin," take a few minutes and see what you can throw together!
