what would you prefer to have trained soldiers or experienced ones??? and why???

Experienced... often, training can be incorrect, whereas if someone is experienced, that means they didn't run away when the fight came, and they lived through it, meaning they probably did something right and are this "trained" in a way by the experience itself:)

Experience. Stands to reason that if you learn on the job then you have the training already don't you? Its kept you alive on the battlefield even if you were not properly trained.

At Leuthen Frederick I had the best trained army, but also the most experienced army, in Europe. The same troops he had at Leuthen in 1757 were the ones he led early in 1755, many even serving since the War for Austrian Succession.
However, by 1759 at Kunersdorf, he still had the best trained army in Europe, but had lost all his experienced troops.
